Byblos is an architectural and culinary concept that gracefully weaves together the cultural threads of Greece and Lebanon. Inspired by the architecture of Beirut and the natural beauty of arid landscapes, the restaurant’s interior evokes a warm and inviting ambiance, rich with texture and memory.According to the client’s brief, the design was meant to offer guests a kind of virtual journey — an immersive experience that captures the spirit of Beirut.The design centers around natural materials such as wood and terracotta clay, bringing authenticity and a tactile connection to the Eastern Mediterranean region. The space reflects a careful balance between tradition and modernity, where every detail contributes to an enveloping Mediterranean vibe.Thoughtful spatial planning and an open kitchen allow guests not only to enjoy refined cuisine, but to witness its preparation — emphasizing the living connection between cultural heritage and culinary craft.
